1. Nature of Work / काम का प्रकार

This is a commission-based work-from-home opportunity. You will earn by promoting and generating business for OCEAN IT HUB.
यह एक कमीशन आधारित वर्क फ्रॉम होम अवसर है, जिसमें आप हमारी सेवाओं को प्रमोट करके कमाई करेंगे।

2. No Fixed Salary / कोई फिक्स सैलरी नहीं

There is no fixed salary. Earnings depend on your performance, effort, and sales conversion.
इसमें कोई फिक्स सैलरी नहीं है। आपकी कमाई आपके काम और प्रदर्शन पर निर्भर करती है।

3. Commission Structure / कमीशन प्रणाली

You can earn up to 30% commission on successful deals, depending on the service and agreement.
आप हर सफल डील पर 30% तक कमीशन कमा सकते हैं (सेवा के अनुसार)।

4. Performance-Based Rewards / प्रदर्शन आधारित रिवार्ड

Rewards such as gifts or travel benefits are based on monthly performance targets and are not guaranteed.
गिफ्ट या ट्रैवल रिवार्ड आपके मासिक प्रदर्शन पर आधारित होते हैं, यह गारंटी नहीं है।

5. No Guarantee of Income / कमाई की कोई गारंटी नहीं

OCEAN IT HUB does not guarantee any fixed income, leads, or success. Results depend on individual effort and skills.
हम किसी भी प्रकार की कमाई की गारंटी नहीं देते। यह पूरी तरह आपके प्रयास पर निर्भर करता है।

6. Ethical Work Policy / ईमानदार कार्य नीति

You must promote services honestly. Misleading information, fake commitments, or false promises are strictly prohibited.
आपको सेवाओं को सही तरीके से प्रमोट करना होगा। गलत जानकारी देना सख्त मना है।

7. Payment Terms / भुगतान नियम

Commission will be paid only after successful payment is received from the client and service is confirmed.
कमीशन तभी मिलेगा जब क्लाइंट से पेमेंट प्राप्त हो जाएगा और सर्विस कन्फर्म हो जाएगी।

8. Termination / समाप्ति

OCEAN IT HUB reserves the right to terminate your participation if any unethical or fraudulent activity is found.
यदि कोई गलत गतिविधि पाई जाती है तो आपकी आईडी बंद की जा सकती है।
