Clients must provide accurate information and required documents for services such as GST filing, payment gateway setup, and business registration. Any delay due to incomplete information will not be the responsibility of OCEAN IT HUB.

3. Payments

All payments for services must be made in advance or as per agreed terms. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific agreement.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be applicable if OCEAN IT HUB fails to deliver the agreed service. In cases where partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

5. Service Timeline

We strive to complete all services within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to external factors, client response time, or third-party approvals.

6. Third-Party Services

Some services (such as payment gateways, hosting, Google services, etc.) involve third-party providers. OCEAN IT HUB is not responsible for their policies, downtime, or approval processes.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies for SEO, digital marketing, and Google Business Profile optimization, we do not guarantee specific rankings or results, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and materials created by OCEAN IT HUB remain our property until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership may be transferred as per agreement.

9. Internship & Training

Internship and training programs are for educational purposes. Certification is provided upon successful completion. Job placement is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

OCEAN IT HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated, payments are not made, or misuse of services is detected.

12. Changes to Terms

OCEAN IT HUB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
