Refund Policy

At OCEAN IT HUB, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Policy

All payments made for our services are considered final. However, refunds may be granted in specific cases as outlined below.

2. Service-Based Refunds

• If OCEAN IT HUB is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full or partial refund may be issued.
• If work has already been started or partially completed, only a partial refund (if applicable) will be considered.
• No refund will be provided once the service has been fully delivered.

3. Digital & Marketing Services

Services such as SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and digital marketing involve time-based efforts and external factors. Therefore:
• No guaranteed results or rankings are promised.
• Payments for these services are non-refundable once the work has started.

4. Website & IT Services

• Advance payments for website development or IT services are non-refundable once the project has begun.
• If the project is cancelled by the client after work has started, no refund will be issued.

5. Accounting & Compliance Services

• Fees paid for GST filing, ITR filing, or other compliance services are non-refundable once the process has started.
• Delays due to incomplete or incorrect information from the client are not eligible for refunds.

6. Training & Internship Programs

• Fees for training or internship programs are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
• Refunds may only be considered if the program has not started and a request is made within a reasonable time.

7. Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party services (such as payment gateways, domain, hosting, ads, etc.) are subject to the respective provider’s policies and are non-refundable through OCEAN IT HUB.

8. Refund Process

• To request a refund, contact us with your payment and service details.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
